OpenS2's Professional Technical Support Services, are responsive and client-focused. We provide pro-active support services to remove the burden of keeping systems up-to-date, stable, and secure from the customer. Our experience with enterprise support ensures that we deliver high quality professional, responsive, and responsible support. Our support packages range from basic phone-in/e-mail support to more extensive on-site and 24x7 on-call service.
We provide installation services to ensure that your Open Source environment is ready for enterprise class applications. We provide start-up services to make sure that your setup conforms to the requirements from hardware vendors such as HP, IBM, Sun, Dell, EMC, and the like. We also make sure that the environment fits the specific requirements of database vendors like Oracle and MySQL. Our experience has allowed us to work with multi-system and multi-vendor arrangements and support certification procedures to make sure that our customers meet their hardware and software vendor's support requirements.
OpenS2 also provides design, setup, installation and support services to make applications more resilient. We have implemented high-availability server systems that utilize both Open Source and proprietary applications to enable high up-time of services. Though the use of inexpensive, redundant servers, we are able to perform near-real-time application failover and recovery. This allows your server to handle mission-critical tasks with high fault-tolerance. The system may be used equally well with standard Internet and database applications as well as with custom in-house developed software.
We also provide design, setup, installation and support services to bring your application to the next level of resiliency and performance. Through our clustering and load balancing system, we can allow applications to be distributed to a server cluster. This enables a traditional application to expand to a larger load or user base. This effectively allows "horizontal" growth for your servers to allow a smooth, upscale migration path.
Aside from the main product line of OpenS2, we also provide development services. We provide customized programming work for clients who wish to take on the lead in the creation of their systems. Development environment is usually under Linux (SuSe, RedHat, GenToo, Mandrake, and Debian). Programming language is a combination of C/C++, Java, Ruby, Perl, PHP for core server-side system. Open2 also provides professional training services and certification. We are certified training and certification partners of RedHat in the Philippines. We have course ranging from basic GNU/Linux Operation to advanced specific topic discussion of services. Currently we are finalizing arrangement to also become a certified partner of SuSe Linux. |
